The City of Fort Worth Neighboring Services Department sent out a notice of funding availability (NOFA) looking for proposals that will quickly create permanent supportive housing units and provide on-going support services for the households for at least 20 years. The goal is to create and lease 125 units by December 2023. Total funding available through this NOFA is ~$15,000,000.
The Phan Foundation is working feverishly to submit their application by April 8. Wish us luck!
